This morning, I felt low and exhausted. I didn't feel beautiful. Negative thoughts were taking over my mind. After dropping my kids off at school, I changed my thoughts. I sat in the car for about 15 minutes with my crystals in my hands (rainbow aura rose quartz, lithium quartz points, and pink tourmaline). Then, I put on my makeup, sprayed my locs with Camille Rose Honey Dew moisture refresher, and spoke beautiful encouraging words to my soul with I AM affirmations.
